To help you get started, below is the paperwork you will need to bring with you to open an account.

Sole Proprietor:

1. Photo ID for all owners, authorized signers, and officers going on the account
2. Filed Registration of Fictitious Name (Needed if your business name DOES NOT contain your last name) or most recent tax return
3. Proof of EIN Number

General Partnership:

1. Photo ID for everyone going on the account- that includes Owners, Authorized Signers, and Officers
2. Filed Registration of Fictitious Name (Needed if your business name DOES NOT contain your last name) or most recent tax return
3. Proof of EIN Number

LLC Account :

1. Photo ID for all owners, authorized signers, and officers going on the account
2. Filed Registration of Fictitious Name (Needed if your business name DOES NOT contain your last name)
3. Operating Agreement- required if the individual opening the account is not listed in the PA Certificate of Organization, otherwise this is optional
4. Copy of
   • LLC-Filed Certificate of Organization Domestic Limited Liability Company (or)
   • LLP-Registration Limited Liability Partnership Agreement (or)
   • LP-Filed Certificate of Limited Partnership Form
5. Proof of EIN Number

Corporations:

1. Photo ID for all owners, authorized signers, and officers going on the account
2. Filed Articles of Incorporation
3. Proof of EIN Number

Organizations/Association:

1. Photo ID for all owners, authorized signers, and officers going on the account
2. Filed Articles of Incorporation or Signed Board Minutes of approval to join
3. Proof of EIN Number

Club:

1. Photo ID for all owners, authorized signers, and officers going on the account
2. Proof of EIN Number
