Bill Pay

If you’re still paying your bills the old-fashioned way – writing checks, stuffing envelopes, licking stamps and mailing – you’re losing time and money you could be spending on things more important to you. To be eligible for Online Bill Pay you must have a share draft (checking).
To Sign Up:
• Access your accounts through Online Banking
• At the top of the Account Summary page, click on “Bill Pay”.
• You will be asked to review and accept the Bill Pay e-Plus Terms & Conditions, and will be taken through the steps of the bill payment enrollment process.
• Your Online Bill Payment enrollment will be reviewed by the Credit Union the next business day.
eStatements
Go Paperless with eStatements.
Receive your account statement electronically and access it via the security of Online Banking. Avoid waiting for the mail or storing bulky envelopes. Online Statements are protected using the latest in safety features and are only accessed through Online Banking, which offers even more security. You’ll receive an email notification when your monthly or quarterly statement is ready and available. Just login to Online Banking to view, print or download it. Statements are stored online and can be retrieved indefinitely. Once you enroll in Online Statements, you will no longer receive paper statements.
Account Alerts
Track Your Account Activity!
Account Alerts is a service that allows you to receive timely notifications via SMS text message and/or email, to keep you informed of your account activity. Examples of this would be receiving notifications when your loan payment is almost due or if your account balances fall below a set amount.
- Alerts are available through Online and Mobile Banking.
- Alerts can be setup on share, share draft and loan accounts, as well as other accounts you are joint on.
- Alerts can be received 24/7, which is the default setting, or during a specific time frame of your choice.
- Alerts can be setup for the following: Purchase or withdrawal amount, deposit or credit amount, low account balance, Overdraft fees, NSFs, Courtesy Pay fees, check hold released and checks cleared. For loans, you can be setup to be notified of an upcoming payment due date.
*Priority First FCU does not charge you a fee for using the Account Alerts service. However, your wireless carrier may charge you for receiving the text messages you receive from us related to this service.
Text Banking

Priority First FCU Text Banking is a service that will allow you to request and retrieve your account information via SMS text messages. By simply sending a short text message to our Credit Union number you can receive account information and make transactions on your mobile phone. Because messages are short this calls for less chance of errors. Once a message is sent we will fulfill the command within seconds! It’s easy, convenient and allows you to stay in control with customized alerts that keep you informed wherever you are. You can send a text message command to receive a text reply regarding the balance of your; savings, checking, certificates and loans.
