Celebrating 50 Years of Putting Members First!
We at Priority First Federal Credit Union wish to express our sincere appreciation to our members and employees for their loyal support as we celebrate our fiftieth year in business. From our humble beginnings in 1969 serving the employees of Brockway Glass we have grown to over 12,000 members, $80 million in assets and now serve the areas of Jefferson and Clearfield counties. Without the support of our excellent team we may not have been this successful. We are so grateful for our
members who trusted in us to provide worthy products and services. Our member’s needs, challenges and feedback have pushed us to improve immensely. With your ongoing support, we plan to continue focusing on providing a superior level of service that can only be found at YOUR credit union!

2019 Annual Meeting
Priority First Federal Credit Union’s Annual Meeting is Saturday, April 27, 2019 at the Bellamauro Hall, 1017 Reynoldsville Falls Creek Road, Reynoldsville, PA 15851. The doors will open at 5:00 PM. The business meeting will begin at 6:00 PM. Dinner immediately following the meeting. Prize drawings and live music by The Avenue to follow. Casual attire is appropriate. Ticket price is $15.00. Ticket price includes the buffet style dinner, dessert, coffee and beverages. Tickets are available at all 5 branch locations. You can also mail in the reservation form below along with your payment to: 364 Midway Drive, DuBois, PA 15801, before April 19, 2019.


Priority Employer Program
The purpose of the Priority Employer Program is to provide additional benefits to employers with a large number of credit union members. It is a great way to expand their company benefits package at no cost, and it makes the employees
feel as if they have a choice in financial institutions. When an employer signs up for this program, we agree to host onsite educational events, provide new hire packets, paycheck stuffers, other promotional documents to give to the
employees and much more! We also assign someone as an Ambassador to communicate, educate and advocate for the credit union at their company. This Quarter we have partnered with Goodwill Industries of North Central Pennsylvania, and our Ambassador is Krisha Oates. We are happy to be affiliated with such a great company and amazing people! Board of Director Petition
Members who wish to run for a seat on the Priority First Federal Credit Union Board of Directors must file an Official Nomination and Petition Form for nomination. This is a volunteer position. This form can be picked up at any branch office or you can have one sent to you by calling 800-368-0739.

This document must be received by the Board Secretary by March 18, 2019. Address: Nominating Committee, Priority First Federal Credit Union, 364 Midway Drive, DuBois, PA 15801. The petition must be signed by 116 members of Priority First Federal Credit Union. Nominations must also include qualifications, biographical data and a signature validating the nominee’s agreement to nomination and willingness to serve if elected. Minimum qualifications for nominees’ include:

  • Be a member of Priority First Federal Credit Union
  • Have or develop the knowledge and experience to perform their duties
  • Have no serious derogatory credit history
  • Have no convictions for crimes involving personal dishonesty
  • Act in the best interest of the Credit Union at all times
  • Be prepared to attend all scheduled meetings

Nominations received after the closing date or incomplete nominations shall be disqualified by the Secretary. Elections will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor at the annual meeting if there is only one nomination for each position to be filled. Election results will be announced at the annual meeting.
