Automated Teller Service
Our Member Automated Telephone Teller (M.A.T.T.) allows you to access your account information from a touch tone telephone. You can check your current activity, perform a transaction or just general information and much more. (If you are a first time M.A.T.T. user, please contact us at 800.368.0739 to activate your M.A.T.T. service.)
To use M.A.T.T., call: Local – 814-371-1199 or 1.888.875.9095.
Have your account number and PIN number available. Your account number can be found on your membership ID card or on your last statement. Initially, your PIN number will be the six digits of your birth date. You will be prompted to change your PIN for security purposes.
Make your selection from the Master Menu below, and then follow the voice prompts:
- Press 1 – For Current Activity
- Press 2 – To perform a transaction
- Press 3 – For rates and general information
- Press 5 – For branch hours
- Press 8 – To change access code
- Press 9 – To exit the system or disconnect
- Press * – To return to the previous menu
