Priority First FCU is proud to announce a major upgrade to our online and mobile banking services! Your credit union is committed to meeting and exceeding the needs of our members. That is why we are completely overhauling some of our electronic services to better meet our member’s needs. Our new online banking site is now fully operational and the old online banking application was taken offline. If you bookmarked our old site, you will need to access the new online banking site from the link at the top of our homepage. All existing Home Banking users will be required to setup a new user ID and password to access their credit union account online. There are only a few pieces of information required for members to enroll in Home Banking.
These are the steps required:
1.) Go to www.priorityfirstfcu.org and access the “Home Banking” link at the top of the main page.
2.) Once on the main Home Banking page (as shown below), click the Enroll button from the menu, or click the Enroll link above the login box.

Introducing Mobile Banking:
Download our new Priority First FCU Mobile Banking App! Members can now access home banking anywhere you are in the palm of your hand using our new app. The app also includes Bill Pay and the new Remote Deposit! For our active mobile users, you can enroll into our new online banking directly through the Priority First FCU App and you don’t need to login online!
We understand it can take time to make the transition from the existing site to the upgraded site, and we want you to know we’re prepared to help answer your questions and provide you with support during this time.
Receive your account statement electronically and access it via the security of Online Banking. Avoid waiting for the mail or storing bulky envelopes.
Online Statements are protected using the latest in safety features and are only accessed through Online Banking, which offers even more security. You’ll receive an email notification when your monthly or quarterly statement is ready and available. Just login to Online Banking to view, print, or download it. Statements are stored online and can be retrieved indefinitely. Once you enroll in Online Statements, you will no longer receive paper statements.
If you would like to sign up for Online Statements and are already using Online Banking, simply log in to your account and click on the Statements tab at the top of any page. You will be asked to enter your email address and to acknowledge you have read the Online Statement agreement. Your Online Statement request is sent to the credit union and will be activated shortly thereafter.
